Ounora builds the sleep environment. Not just bedding, and not gadgets — the temperature, support, light and sound of the room you spend a third of your life in.

Who we are

Ounora is a direct-to-consumer sleep brand operated by Mercanty LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We sell online only, direct to customers across the United States, from our base in Wilmington, Delaware. Selling direct is what lets us keep the range narrow and the feedback loop short.

What we sell

We carry a deliberately narrow range covering the things that actually decide how you sleep:

• Temperature — cooling mattress pads, toppers, comforters and blankets
• Support — contoured cervical and adjustable cooling pillows for back and side sleepers
• Light — blackout sleep masks and weighted eye pillows

We would rather carry eight products that work than four hundred that don't. If you can't find something here, it's because we haven't found a version of it we'd stand behind yet.

The Ounora Standard

Nothing carries our name until it passes a fixed standard:

1. Honest by default. We describe what each product does in plain terms, and we don't quote a lab figure we haven't commissioned ourselves. If we ever publish a test number, we'll publish the lab that produced it alongside it.
2. Materials we'd sleep on. We screen every fabric and foam against its supplier specification before it reaches the store. If we wouldn't put it in our own bedrooms, it doesn't ship.
3. Built to outlast the trial. Anything that softens, flattens or stops working inside a year never makes it to the store.

How we treat customers

We think a brand is defined by what it does when something goes wrong, so we've made those terms as plain as we can:

• 60-night sleep trial. Sleep on it properly. Used items come back — no photographs, no explanations required. You cover return postage on a change of mind; if anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover it.
• No restocking fees. Ever, under any circumstances.
• 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, with return shipping on us.
• Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
• Real support. A person answers support@ounora.com within 24 hours on business days.

We're equally clear about what we don't do: we don't run countdown timers or fake stock warnings, we don't invent reviews or pay for them, and we don't resell products that have been slept on — trial returns are donated or recycled.

A note on health claims

Our products are consumer comfort goods, not medical devices. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a persistent sleep problem or a diagnosed condition such as insomnia or sleep apnoea, please talk to a qualified healthcare professional — a better pillow is not a substitute for that.
