Ordering
What comes in the box?
Your order includes the Ounora Pro device, a 4-month supply of patches, the support string, and the lifetime warranty and VIP support registration. Everything you need is in one box — there is nothing further to buy to get started.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has shipped, our 100-Night Trial applies instead.
Do you offer discounts?
When we run an offer, the price you see on the product page is the price at checkout. We don't inflate a "regular" price to manufacture a discount, and we don't run fake countdown timers.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend. No delivery charge is added at checkout.
How long will it take?
1–2 business days to process, then 7–12 business days in transit — typically 8–14 days total. Full detail on our Shipping Policy page.
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
My tracking number shows nothing.
Normal for the first 24–72 hours. The number is created with the shipping label and stays empty until the carrier scans the parcel in. See Track Your Order.
My order is late.
If it has been more than 20 business days since dispatch, email us and we will investigate, replace or refund it.
Returns & refunds
What is the 100-Night Trial?
You have 100 nights from delivery to decide. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
Can I return it if I've used it?
Yes. That is the entire point — you cannot judge a sleep product without using it. Opened and used returns are accepted, no original packaging needed, and there is never a restocking fee.
Who pays return shipping?
You do for a change of mind. We do if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or a warranty claim — we send a prepaid label.
How fast is my refund?
Within 5–10 business days of your return reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects, with shipping covered both ways on a valid claim. Details on the Refund & Return Policy page.
Using Ounora Pro
How long until I notice something?
It varies from person to person, and snoring has many different causes. That's precisely why we give you 100 nights rather than asking you to judge it after a week.
Will it work for me?
We can't promise that, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who did. Snoring is affected by anatomy, congestion, weight, alcohol, sleep position and medication. If it doesn't work for you, you get your money back — that is the honest version of a guarantee.
Is it safe to use every night?
It is designed for nightly use by adults 18 and over. Please read our Health & Safety Information before you start, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition, an implanted electronic device, sensitive skin, or you are pregnant.
I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Should I stop my CPAP?
No. Never stop or reduce a treatment your doctor prescribed in order to use a consumer product. Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition — if you want to change your treatment, speak to your doctor first. See our Health & Safety Information.
What if it irritates my skin?
Stop using it and contact us. That's covered by the 100-Night Trial — a full refund, not an argument.
Do I need to buy replacement patches?
Your order includes a 4-month supply. We'll let you know when resupply options are available.
