These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mercanty LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as Ounora ("Ounora", "we", "us"). They govern your use of ounora.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and performance claims. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Our products are consumer comfort goods, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no Ounora product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including any sleep disorder. If you have a persistent sleep problem, pain, or a diagnosed condition such as sleep apnoea or insomnia, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on every order.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors occasionally happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always contact you first and never simply charge a different amount.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself form a contract. The contract forms when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — in every case we refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Returns, trial and warranty
Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: a 60-night sleep trial from delivery, no restocking fee, return postage paid by you for change of mind and by us for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data by automated means, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, logos, the Ounora name and the site's design — is owned by Mercanty LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and truthful. We publish genuine reviews only — we do not write, buy or incentivise reviews, and we do not delete reviews merely for being critical. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or off-topic.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect the warranty we give on our products, or your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Mercanty LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
