Shipping

Ounora is a brand of Mercanty LLC, shipping to all 50 United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–12 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–14 days.

We would rather tell you that up front than promise two-day delivery and miss it. Delivery estimates are estimates, and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time from our Track Your Order page, or by emailing us.

Delays

Occasionally carrier delays, weather or customs inspections push a delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email support@ounora.com and we will investigate, replace or refund it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch where possible.
