The Cloud — Adjustable Cooling Memory Foam Pillow
Pillow height is personal, and no box on a shelf can guess your shoulder width. So you fold one in half, or stack two, and neither works.

You set the height. Add or remove fill until your neck sits level with your spine.
Shredded, not solid. Air moves between the pieces instead of being sealed in one hot block.
Two faces. Cool-touch lattice knit for summer, softer plain knit year round.
Zip-off washable cover. Straight into the machine, no fuss.
There is no correct pillow height. There's only yours.
The right loft depends on your shoulder width and whether you sleep on your side or your back — which is why a fixed-height pillow is a guess that has to be right first time. Most aren't, and most of us just live with it.
Too high, so you fold it
Your chin is pushed toward your chest all night. By morning your neck is stiff and you have folded the pillow in half trying to fix it.
Too low, so you stack it
So you put an arm under it, or add a second pillow, and now the whole thing slides apart every time you turn over.
And it's warm by midnight
A solid block of memory foam has nowhere for heat to go, so the one cool side gets used up in the first hour.
So don't buy a height. Buy the ability to change it.
Built to be changed.
Take a handful out. That's it.
Two zips get you to the fill: the outer cover, then the inner liner. Add or remove shredded foam until your head sits level with your spine, then forget about it. Keep the spare fill in case you change mattress.
- Set it in about three minutes
- Re-adjust any time, free
- Works for side and back sleepers
Shredded, so air can move.
A solid memory foam core is one sealed mass — heat goes in and stays. Shredded fill leaves gaps between every piece, so air moves and the gel infusion has a surface to work from. It also means the pillow moulds without the sink.
- Breathes instead of storing heat
- Conforms without flattening
- Gel-infused for a cooler surface
One pillow, two seasons.
One side is a cool-touch lattice knit for hot nights. Flip it and the other side is a plain, softer knit that suits the rest of the year. Same pillow, same loft, different surface.
- Cool-touch face for summer
- Soft knit face for cooler months
- Cover unzips for machine washing
A pillow that's finally the right height.
Because you set it, instead of hoping the box was right.

Why the last three pillows didn't work.
A solid foam pillow is a fixed guess at your body. A down pillow moves all night. Neither lets you set the one thing that actually matters.

Give yourself a week to find the right height.
Almost nobody gets it perfect on the first night, and that is fine — take a handful out, sleep on it, take a little more. Two months is plenty of time to find your setting, and if none of them work we'll refund it.
Adjust the fill over the first week until the height is genuinely right.
If no setting works for you, email us. No restocking fee.
We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
The questions people actually ask.
How do I know how much fill to take out?
Lie on your side in your normal position and have someone look at you from the front. Your nose should line up with the centre of your chest and your neck should be level with your spine, not bent up or down. If your head tips toward the mattress, add fill. If your chin is pushed toward your chest, take some out. Most side sleepers keep more fill than back sleepers.
Standard or Queen?
Both are 20" deep — the difference is width. Standard is 26" and suits most beds. Queen is 30" and is worth it if you have a wider bed, broad shoulders, or you move around a lot and want more room to land on.
What do I do with the fill I take out?
Keep it. Store it in a sealed bag — you may want it back if you change mattress, since a softer mattress lets your shoulder sink further and usually needs a lower pillow.
Does it really sleep cooler than a normal memory foam pillow?
Shredded fill has air gaps that a solid foam block doesn't, so heat isn't sealed in the same way, and one face of the cover is a cool-touch knit. It is a more breathable pillow — not a cooling device, and it won't feel cold like an ice pack.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the outer cover and machine wash it cold. Don't wash the foam fill itself — it holds water and won't dry properly. Air the fill instead.
