The Everest — Latex Cooling Mattress Topper Set
You added a memory foam topper and traded a sore shoulder for a hot night. Softening a bed usually means insulating it — latex is the exception.
Free US shipping · 60-night sleep trial · No restocking fee
3D embossed loft. Raised quilting lifts you off a flat, firm mattress.
Natural latex fill. Springs back instead of sinking — and doesn't trap heat like memory foam.
Anti-slip underside. Grips the mattress, so it stays put without straps.
Pillow covers included. One with Twin, two with Queen and King.
Softening a bed usually means insulating it. That's the whole problem.
The material that makes a firm mattress feel kind is almost always the material that traps your heat. Latex is the exception — it cushions by springing back rather than by moulding around you, so it never seals you in the way memory foam does.
The mattress is too firm
You feel your hip and shoulder through it. Everyone tells you to buy a memory foam topper, and you know exactly what happens next.
So you added foam. And cooked.
Memory foam softens a bed by wrapping around you, which is the same thing as insulating you. You traded a sore shoulder for a hot night.
Now you're choosing
Comfortable or cool. Every product you look at solves one and quietly makes the other worse.
You shouldn't have to pick between a bed that's comfortable and a bed that's cool.
Cushioning that breathes.
3D quilting you can see from the doorway.
The surface is embossed into rows of raised, rounded pods rather than stitched flat. That structure is what lifts you off a hard mattress, and the channels between the pods keep air moving instead of sealing it in.
- Visible loft, real cushioning
- Air channels between every pod
- Doesn't compress flat after a week
Latex springs back. Foam holds on.
Natural latex filling gives you give without the sink. It supports and returns rather than slowly moulding to your shape, which is precisely why it doesn't build up a pocket of heat around you the way memory foam does.
- Cushions without the sinking feeling
- Recovers shape instantly
- Naturally more breathable than memory foam
Stays where you put it.
A textured anti-slip underside grips the mattress directly, so a topper with real thickness doesn't migrate down the bed overnight. It lays on top — no wrestling with deep pockets, off in seconds for washing.
- Anti-slip base, no straps needed
- Goes over your existing sheets
- Matching pillow covers included
A softer bed that doesn't sleep hotter.
Usually you have to pick one. This is the layer that does both.

Comfort and heat are the same engineering problem.
This is not a marketing distinction. How a material makes a bed softer determines how much of your body it encloses — and that is what decides whether you sleep hot on it.
Falling asleep is a cooling process
Core body temperature drops by roughly a degree as you fall asleep, and that heat leaves through your skin. A surface that wraps around you slows that down.
Kräuchi & Wirz-Justice, on human thermoregulation and sleep onsetWhy memory foam sleeps warm
Memory foam softens by conforming closely to your body, which increases how much of you is touching an insulating surface. Latex cushions by compressing and rebounding instead, so less of you is enclosed.
General material behaviour of viscoelastic foam versus latexWe do not publish a latex percentage or a Q-max cooling figure for this topper, because we have not verified either with independent testing and we will not repeat a supplier's unsubstantiated numbers. The information above describes general sleep physiology and material behaviour and is not a claim about this product. A topper takes a fortnight to judge properly.
New cushioning always feels strange for the first few nights, and then your body adjusts and you stop noticing it. Two months is long enough to get past that and find out whether it genuinely fixed the firmness and the heat. If it didn't, we'll refund it.
Use it every night for as long as you like, up to 60 nights from delivery.

The questions people actually ask.
Should I buy this or The Glacier?
If your mattress feels right and you only want it cooler, buy The Glacier — it is thinner, cheaper and leaves the feel of your bed alone. Buy The Everest if your mattress is too firm as well as too warm, because this one adds a genuine cushioning layer on top of the cooling.
Is this a fitted sheet?
No. It is a topper that lays flat on the mattress surface, held by a textured anti-slip underside rather than an elasticated skirt. It does not wrap around the sides, and it sits slightly inset from the mattress edges.
How thick is it? Will it feel like a real topper?
It has visible 3D loft — you can see the raised quilting from across the room — and it takes the edge off a firm mattress. It is not a four-inch slab of foam, so it will soften a bed rather than transform a genuinely unsuitable one. If your mattress is badly worn out, a topper of any kind is a patch, not a fix.
What percentage of it is natural latex?
We don't publish a figure. The supplier's marketing claims a specific percentage, but we haven't verified it with independent testing, and we're not willing to print a number we can't stand behind. What we can tell you is that the fill is latex-based and behaves like latex — it springs back rather than moulding around you.
Won't a topper make me hotter, like memory foam did?
That depends entirely on how the material creates softness. Memory foam conforms closely around your body, which increases the surface area touching an insulating material. Latex compresses and rebounds instead, and the embossed pods leave air channels between you and the fill.
How long does shipping take, and what if I don't like it?
